Our Process

Landscaping is the final touch to making your house a home. At Landscape Brothers we understand the importance of getting it right. We have created our process to ensure this is as painless as possible for you, so sit back and let our team of passionate landscapers create your outdoor space for you.

The steps involved

Planning

Let's ensure we give you want you want:

  • We’ll have a conversation about what landscaping you are wanting.
  • We’ll measure your area’s you want landscape.
  • Discuss the finer details of your landscape finishes (bark, stone chip, decking and fencing options).
  • Now we have all the information, we’ll formulate a quote for you.
  • Quotes excepted, now we deliver your landscaping.

Prepping

Before we get into it, we need to prepare your canvas. This involves:

  • We remove any existing landscape you no longer require.
  • We give your section a site scrape to prepare the areas to be landscaped.
  • Do a site set out. This includes measuring out the different areas, installing boxing to separate garden beds, lawns, stone chip paths and paved areas.
  • Marking out for decks, patios and fence lines.
  • We pick up your chosen materials.
  • Now this is all done, we can start to transform your yard.
  • If you are after permanent irrigation, now is the time to install it.

Execution

We’ve created the canvas, now it’s time to colour your yard:

  • We will bring in the soil and place in your garden beds and lawn areas.
  • Install weed mat into your garden beds and place your bark, mulch or stone chip of choice.
  • We’ve got your plants, shrubs and trees and now its time to install them for you.
  • Wanting a deck? Now we it’s time to build this for you.
  • New fencing! Time to build or install these. We will even chuck a gate on for you if you’d like.
  • Now let us give you a nice new lawn. Hydroseed or Readylawn? We can do both.

Final Touches

The grunt work is done, but we have quite finished yet:

  • New lawn? We best get some water onto it. We will set up temporary irrigation to get it started for up to 4 weeks.
  • We will add the final details to your deck and fence(s).
  • Permanent irrigation installed, we will ensure this is set up and working correctly.
  • One last final walk over to make sure all areas are nice and tidy, ready for you to enjoy.
